Frequently asked questions
What counts as one trust check?
A single call to POST /trust/score counts as one check, regardless of how many dimensions you request in that call.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused checks do not roll over.
Are trust receipts cryptographically signed?
On Professional and above, receipts are HMAC-signed with your API key and stored immutably. Starter receipts are unsigned JSON.
What is MCP server access?
Enterprise subscribers get a private Model Context Protocol server endpoint so AI agents can query TrustGraph natively without HTTP boilerplate.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Enterprise pricing is negotiable for contracts exceeding 5M checks per month. Contact sales for a custom quote.
